Welcome to Embrr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Embrr platform, including our mobile application, website, services, features, and related content (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Embrr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account or use Embrr.

Users are solely responsible for their decisions, conduct, communications, and participation in activities arranged through the Platform.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use Embrr lawfully and respectfully.

Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse other users.
Engage in discrimination or hate-based conduct.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Upload false verification documents.
Post illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or exploitative content.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Embrr reserves sole discretion to determine whether conduct violates these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create.
By submitting content to Embrr, you grant Embrr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have permission to use the content.
The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Content Moderation
Embrr may, but is not obligated to, review, monitor, remove, restrict, or report content or accounts that:
Violate these Terms.
Violate applicable laws.
Threaten user safety.
Harm the Platform or community.
Embrr may take enforcement actions including:
Content removal
Warnings
Account restrictions
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Embrr's moderation decisions are final and may be made without prior notice.
7. Events and Meetups
Embrr provides tools for users to organize and discover activities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Embrr does not organize, host, sponsor, supervise, or control events created by users.
Embrr does not:
Verify the safety, legality, quality, or accuracy of events.
Guarantee attendance or participation.
Guarantee outcomes or experiences.
Conduct comprehensive background checks on all users.
Participation in activities arranged through Embrr is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and safety of any event, venue, organizer, or participant.
8. Safety Disclaimer
While Embrr promotes positive social experiences and community engagement, we cannot guarantee the conduct, intentions, identity, or behavior of any user.
Users should exercise reasonable judgment and personal safety precautions when interacting online or meeting others in person.
Embrr is not responsible for:
User conduct
Personal disputes
Injuries
Property damage
Financial losses
Criminal acts
Misrepresentations by users
9. Verification Services
Embrr may offer identity verification features.
Verification indicates only that certain information provided by a user has undergone a verification process at a specific point in time.
Verification is not a guarantee of:
Character
Trustworthiness
Authenticity beyond submitted information
Future behavior
Personal safety
Users remain responsible for their own decisions and interactions.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, graphics, branding, and technology not owned by users are the property of Embrr or its licensors.
Users may not:

Reproduce
Modify
Distribute
Reverse engineer
Create derivative works
Commercially exploit
any portion of the Platform without prior written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of Embrr is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension and Termination
Embrr may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:
These Terms are violated.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
User safety is threatened.
Platform integrity is compromised.

Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.
Termination does not relieve users of obligations arising before termination.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Embrr is currently offered as a beta service. Users acknowledge that beta software may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, delays, defects, or incomplete functionality. Certain features may not operate as intended and may be modified, suspended, or removed without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embrr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Availability
Accuracy
Reliability
Security
Uninterrupted operation
Embrr does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or free from harmful components.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embrr and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

Consequential damages
Incidental damages

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Embrr, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform.

Violation of applicable laws.
Violation of third-party rights.
Fraudulent, negligent, or unlawful conduct.
16. Changes to the Service
Embrr may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, remove, or restrict any portion of the Platform at any time without liability.
Users acknowledge that Embrr is currently operating as a beta service and that features, functionality, user interfaces, content, and platform capabilities may change frequently as part of ongoing development and testing.
Embrr reserves the right to conduct maintenance, testing, experiments, and improvements that may temporarily affect availability or functionality.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
17. Beta Program
Users acknowledge that they may be participating in a beta version of Embrr.
As a beta participant:
Features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change.
Certain functionality may be unavailable or limited.
Bugs, technical issues, and service interruptions may occur.
User feedback may be used to improve the Platform.
Embrr is under no obligation to maintain any specific feature or functionality introduced during the beta period.
